Publication Ethics Statement

Our journal is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and to ensuring integrity, transparency, and fairness throughout the editorial and peer review processes. This statement sets forth the fundamental ethical principles and responsibilities expected of all parties involved in the publication process, including editors, authors, reviewers, and the publisher.

  1. Research Integrity and Ethical Conduct
We uphold internationally recognized ethical guidelines, including those outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original, not previously published, and not under consideration elsewhere. Any instances of plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or redundant publication are strictly prohibited.
  2. Editorial Independence and Peer Review
Editorial decisions are made independently, based solely on scholarly merit and relevance to the journal’s scope. All submissions undergo a rigorous, unbiased peer review process. Editors and reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from the review process when necessary.
  3. Authorship and Acknowledgment
Authorship must accurately reflect each individual’s contribution to the research and manuscript. All individuals who meet authorship criteria should be listed as co-authors. Any funding sources, conflicts of interest, and relevant ethical approvals must be fully disclosed.
  4. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We are committed to fostering an inclusive publishing environment that values diversity and promotes equity. Discrimination or harassment of any kind—whether based on age, race, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, religion, political belief, or any other protected characteristic—is not tolerated.
  5. Data Transparency and Reproducibility
To promote transparency and reproducibility, authors are encouraged to make data and materials openly available whenever possible. Data sharing should comply with ethical standards and relevant institutional or legal requirements. Proper citation of all data sources is required.
  6. Misconduct and Complaints
Allegations of misconduct—including plagiarism, ethical violations, or authorship disputes—will be addressed promptly and in accordance with COPE guidelines. Corrective actions, such as corrections or retractions, will be taken as warranted. Authors and reviewers are encouraged to contact the editorial office to raise concerns or submit formal appeals.
  7. Preprints and Open Research
We accept submissions of manuscripts that have previously been posted on recognized preprint servers. The availability of a preprint does not affect the manuscript’s eligibility for consideration, provided it has not been formally published elsewhere.
  8. Post-publication Updates
We respect requests for author name changes after publication due to privacy, identity, or personal reasons. Such updates will be reflected in article metadata without issuing a correction notice, in order to safeguard author confidentiality.
  9. Jurisdictional Neutrality
Our journal remains neutral with regard to jurisdictional claims in published content, including institutional affiliations and geographical designations. The opinions expressed in published articles are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the journal or the publisher.
